Warranty
SEMS warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 2 years from date of purchase.
This is in addition to your consumer guarantees and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
You will void your warranty if you tamper or modify the smoke alarm, don't clean it, physically damage or misuse it.
Please call us to discuss your Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.
Returns
We have a 30 day easy returns policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us.
All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us (postage at sender's expense) with the original undamaged packaging where possible.
When returning goods please write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. The sender maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by SEMS Smoke Alarms.
Upon receiving the returned alarms in acceptable condition, a refund of the purchase price less a $20 re-stocking fee will be applied promly.
Extended Warranty
SEMS offer a further a 2 years warranty for $100, Conditionally that a paid inspection is conducted at the commencement of the warranty.
